3.3 By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements are satisfied. Providing false information in connection with eligibility is a material breach of these Terms and may result in Account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
4.1 Each Player is permitted to hold one Account on the Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by a single Player is strictly prohibited. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same Player, zs9999 reserves the right to merge or close such accounts and to void any wagers placed across those accounts.
4.2 During the registration process, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact telephone number. You are obligated to update this information promptly should any detail change after registration.
4.3 zs9999 will conduct KYC verification as required by its regulatory obligations. You must provide requested documentary evidence of your identity and address when requested. Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by zs9999 may result in restriction of account functionality, including suspension of withdrawal rights.
4.4 The following documents may be required as part of KYC verification:
4.5 zs9999 will not open accounts or accept deposits from Players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited under applicable local law. It is the Player's sole responsibility to determine whether their use of the Platform complies with local law.
5.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
5.2 You must notify zs9999 immediately via live chat or by contacting [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.

5.4 zs9999 reserves the right to suspend an Account and require re-verification where suspicious login activity is detected, including logins from unrecognised devices, geographic anomalies, or multiple failed authentication attempts.
5.5 You must not allow any other person to use your Account for any purpose. Any wager placed via your Account will be treated as having been placed by you personally, irrespective of who physically placed it.
6.1 zs9999 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All Player Account balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).
6.2 The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. zs9999 does not impose a maximum deposit limit at the platform level, although individual payment processors may apply their own transaction limits.
6.3 Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to the Player's Account balance in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of cleared funds, which may take one to two business days depending on the originating bank.
6.4 All funds deposited with zs9999 must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits originating from a payment account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms.
6.5 zs9999 does not charge fees for processing deposits. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, which are the sole responsibility of the Player.
6.6 Player funds are held in accounts segregated from zs9999's operational funds. This segregation is maintained at all times in accordance with zs9999's regulatory licence obligations.
Anti-Money Laundering: zs9999 is obligated under its international gaming licence to implement anti-money laundering (AML) controls. zs9999 reserves the right to request evidence of the source of funds deposited into any Player Account. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence may result in restrictions on Account withdrawals and, where legally required, reporting to competent authorities.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts registered in the Player's own legal name and, where applicable, to the same payment method used for the deposit. zs9999 reserves the right to require the Player to use a specific withdrawal channel.
7.2 Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. zs9999 will not process withdrawal requests from unverified Accounts.
7.3 The minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. zs9999 does not charge withdrawal processing fees on any payment channel. However, third-party payment processor fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the Player.
7.4 Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within five to thirty minutes of approval. Withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and SadaPay bank accounts are typically processed within one to two business days. Processing times may be extended where additional verification is required.
7.5 Only Real Money Balance funds that are not subject to an active bonus wagering requirement are eligible for withdrawal. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Winnings generated from Bonus Fund play are subject to the applicable wagering requirement as set out in Section 8 before withdrawal eligibility is established.
7.6 zs9999 reserves the right to delay or withhold processing of a withdrawal request pending investigation where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, breach of these Terms, or an AML concern. zs9999 will notify the Player of any such hold and the reason for it within a reasonable timeframe.
8.1 zs9999 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, cashback, and other promotional incentives to Players. All such offers are subject to these Terms and the specific terms and conditions attached to each individual promotion.
8.2 In the event of any conflict between the general Terms set out in this document and the terms of a specific promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.
Bonus Funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must satisfy the Wagering Requirement specified in the applicable promotion terms before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. The Wagering Requirement is expressed as a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus requires PKR 30,000 in eligible wagers).
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Sports bets, slot games, and other products may contribute at different rates as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Casino table games, live casino games, and certain specialty games may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
9.1 All sports bets placed on the zs9999 Platform are subject to the specific betting rules applicable to each sport and market, as published in the sportsbook rules section of the Platform. In the event of any ambiguity, the published sport-specific rules shall prevail.
9.2 A bet is deemed accepted by zs9999 only upon the appearance of a confirmed bet reference number in the Player's account betting history. Bets placed but not confirmed due to system error, connectivity failure, or exceeding market limits are not binding on zs9999.
9.3 zs9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error, including odds generated as a result of a pricing error, data feed malfunction, or human error. Players will be notified promptly where a void decision is made, and the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
9.4 In-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during live events. zs9999 cannot guarantee continuous availability of in-play markets and accepts no liability for unavailability during play.
9.5 Maximum win limits apply to all betting markets. The applicable limits are published within the relevant sportsbook market. zs9999 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake accepted from any individual Player at its discretion.
9.6 Where the outcome of an event is subject to official review or protest, settlement of related bets may be delayed pending confirmation of the official result. zs9999 will settle bets in accordance with the official result as confirmed by the relevant governing body.
10.1 All casino, slot, live dealer, and specialty games available on the zs9999 Platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by licensed studios subject to independent regulatory oversight.
10.2 The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is based on the theoretical long-run mathematical expectation of the game. Actual results for any individual Player in any session or over any period may vary materially from the published RTP.
10.3 In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or interruption in the data feed during a live dealer session, the affected round will be declared void and any staked amounts will be returned to the Player's balance. 11.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the zs9999 Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
11.2 Where zs9999 identifies or reasonably suspects prohibited conduct, it reserves the right to suspend the Account immediately, void all related wagers, withhold any associated winnings, and permanently close the Account. Where applicable, zs9999 may refer the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
12.1 All intellectual property rights in the zs9999 Platform, including its design, software, content, trademarks, logos, game titles, and associated materials, are owned by or licensed to zs9999. All rights are reserved.
12.2 Your Account registration grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or modification of Platform content.
12.3 You must not use the zs9999 name, logo, or any Platform content for any commercial purpose without prior written authorisation from zs9999.
13.1 The zs9999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, zs9999 makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.
13.2 zs9999 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with the use or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity.
13.3 zs9999's maximum aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude zs9999's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
13.5 zs9999 shall not be liable for delays or failures in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, governmental actions, internet service disruptions, or third-party payment processor outages.

16.2 In the event of a dispute between you and zs9999, you should contact our support team in the first instance. zs9999 is committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five business days.
16.3 Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with zs9999 support, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated by zs9999's regulatory licence authority. 16.4 You agree that any claim against zs9999 must be brought on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring claims as a plaintiff or class member in any class action, collective proceeding, or representative action.

Where amendments are material — that is, where they affect Player rights or obligations in a significant way — zs9999 will provide at least 14 days' notice to registered Players via the email address on file before the amendments take effect.
17.2 Minor amendments, including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications that do not alter the substantive meaning of any provision, and updates required to reflect changes in applicable law or regulatory guidance, may be made without prior notice.
